Graduated with a Bachelors Degree in International Business. Attended Stanford University, University of Oregon, American College of Switzerland and Redlands University.
I have spent over 30 years applying my Business skills in corporate environment, private development and personal business applications. I have acted on behalf of the owner in the remodel and expansion of Stanford Shopping Center. My capacity involved handling the construction finances for the anchor stores as well as the tenant construction and leasing aspects. I have had a number of years in the capacity of Director of Finance for housing projects, plant facilities and general expansion projects in addition to managing on site businesses and medical facilities.
A great deal of time has been spent exploring business opportunities and developing business plans and feasibility studies. I have run my own private business entity for over 10 years and developed and presented numerous business models for small business owners. During this period a major shift was made from development to advertising and marketing programs.
This experience has included both commercial and residential real estate transactions. The emphasis of this work has focused on analyzing and evaluating the market conditions and profit/loss characteristics of the various transactions.
Approximately two and one half years ago I relocated to Amador County from the Bay Area. I was not a new comer to the area since I had spent three years prior in business dealings in the county. Through my contacts in the Horse Industry and the Real Estate Industry I have developed a far reaching network of associates in the area and neighboring counties. I am currently working with the City of Ione in proposing the development a YMCA for the benefit of the City and the County.
